Requirements
To
use our telephone answering service you need to have Call Diversion on
your existing landline. If you wish to set this up then no visit to your
premises is necessary. Your current telephone service provider can bolt
on this facility remotely.
Flexibility
Call
Divert is very flexible & once in place can be set up in 3 different
ways:
Divert all calls
Divert if unanswered in 15 seconds
Divert only when your line is engaged
The
latter is particularly useful if you are making outbound calls from your
office & don’t want to miss any incoming ones!
Enhanced
Perception
Our
state of the art technology will ring instantly when someone calls your
office, while on divert. It’s
like having your own PA at a fraction of the cost. Your callers will
hear the same familiar voice & soon regard us as an integral part of
the team. It enhances the perception of a larger company but more
importantly leaves you free to develop your business & not fret over
lost calls.
How
Are My Calls Recognised?
At
the onset we supply a unique number for you to divert to so that we can
greet callers according to your instructions, typically in your company
name.
Do
You Just Take Messages?
If
that’s what you want, we will only take message, but there’s much
more that we can do to assist with the efficiency of your operation e.g.
give directions to your office for deliveries; check diary bookings;
take sales orders; answer product or service queries; mail literature.
How
Are My Messages Relayed?
You
can ring in freely any time during Monday to Friday
08:00 – 18:00
. We can send email; fax; SMS text-to-mobile. An end of day email or fax
summary of all calls taken
acts as a checklist if required.
